"If anger isn´t expressed it gets stuck and frozen in the body. The result is a lack of feeling alive, feeling life and flowing through life."

This is not just a workshop.

It’s a space you step into — away from your everyday life,

away from the patterns that keep repeating.

A place where you can actually feel yourself.

You can come just for the workshop.

Or turn it into a few days for yourself by the sea.

I´m sure, you know this situation:

A situation that feels so unfair! Someone has overlooked, belittled, or looked down on you  - Imagine one!

And your reaction?

Kind, nice, smiling, quiet. You say nothing, you remain SILENT.

You don´t speak up or defend.

Therefore you replay the scene over and over again, you can't forget it. You lie awake at night, tossing and turning while your thoughts torment you:

  • Why didn’t I say anything?

  • I should have responded...

  • Next time, I'll react better, faster, quicker

  • This is not gonna happen again

  • This asshole...

  • I'm so stupid, I just can't do it, I´m a looser

  • I´m a doormat for the whole world

Maybe you imagine yourself in your wild and strong future version acting out, telling what you really think, without holding back. Rage rises. That's exactly the kind of rage you direct against yourself, because you didn't react the way you want to.

The thing is:

  • You have worked on yourself.

  • You know about boundaries.

  • You understand these patterns.

But still — it keeps happening again and again.

Every time you promise yourself:

  • Next time will be different.

  • Next time I´ll react quicker.

  • Next time I´ll defend.

  • Next time I´ll stand for myself.

But when "next time" comes...

… same story as usual: you remain quiet, nice, and you don’t act in your own best interest.

You know this?

Well... then this workshop might be exactly your missing piece of the puzzle: it explores exactly those moments of not being able to (re)act in your true interest.

For generations, women were taught to disconnect from their rage. Yet it´s not the enemy of peace.

When anger and rage are owned — felt in the body, held in awareness, and expressed with integrity — they become a force of protection and truth. They help us set boundaries, respond when something is not right in the moment it happens, and stand up for what matters, for our right to be, exist, live and against injustice.

Anger is life force. It moves us, protects us, and fuels change.

Yet most women were never taught how to be with their anger. As girls, we learn that anger is something to suppress, soften, or be ashamed of — in families, in society, and often even in spiritual spaces. Nowadays we are told to breathe and meditate instead of being angry. Dear woman, this is not working. Anger needs movement not avoidance.

This workshop is about reclaiming anger as an intelligent, embodied force. Through body-based practices, theater and voice exercises, nervous system awareness, and playful exploration, we create an interactive space to reconnect with anger and rage and express it consciously - in a fun and relieving way.

Whether anger feels distant to you or you tend to impulsivity  — this space invites you to meet it with curiosity.

What changes, when you participate the workshop

A Starting Point - this workshop creates a foundation.

Learning to deal and hold one´s own anger is not something that changes overnight. It is more like training a muscle — it needs awareness, repetition, and practice.

What this workshop offers is a space to begin. A space where you can:

  • experiment with expressing anger in a safe and supportive environment

  • experience what it feels like to raise your voice or defend yourself without consequences

  • notice what happens in your body when you stop suppressing your reaction

  • explore different ways of responding instead of freezing, pleasing, or overreacting

  • feel the difference between suppressed anger and embodied anger

  • discover how expression can move energy instead of letting it stay stuck inside

  • experience how your body reacts when you allow anger to be present

This kind of experience can be corrective and extremely empowering.

Because real change does not only happen through understanding.
It happens when the body feels a new possibility.

When you feel what it can be like to:

  • speak up

  • stand your ground

  • respond when a boundary is crossed

From there, something new can begin to grow.

And like any muscle, it becomes stronger the more you practice.
