I’ve spent many years deeply exploring my own anger — learning to understand it, work with it and discover the immense power within this often misunderstood emotion.

Today, I create trauma-sensitive spaces for women to explore their anger without shame or overwhelm. Not simply to “let it out”, but to connect with it, understand it and learn to use its power — for their boundaries, their self-expression, their choices and the life they want to create.
