A SoulSession can be a reading with a mini-healing at the end, a pure reading, or a healing.
A 60-minute session is sufficient for pure healing.

It's important to note: I am not a psychotherapist and I do not work directly on the trauma. My work is resource-oriented and stabilizing. One-on-one support can complement (trauma) therapy. It is not a form of cognitive behavioral therapy or medical treatment. Results cannot be guaranteed.
