In recent years, Human Design has become increasingly well-known. I don't work with Human Design myself, nor am I a Human Design analyst. My work lies in the areas of soul readings, intuition training, and mediumistic perception . Nevertheless, I frequently encounter people who initially found access to their energy and their calling through Human Design and subsequently become curious about other forms of guidance.
In my view, these different approaches don't have to be opposites. On the contrary, they can complement each other wonderfully and each offer a different perspective.

The difference between Human Design and soul reading
Despite many similarities, both approaches work in different ways.
Human Design is based on a fixed energetic map calculated from the date, time, and place of birth. A Human Design reading addresses, among other things , energy types, strategies, authority figures, and individual potential .
In contrast, a soul reading is not bound to a system or specific calculations. It focuses on what wants to reveal itself in the present moment. The emphasis is less on general predispositions and more on current issues , unconscious dynamics, potentials , and the questions that are significant for the respective stage of life.
While Human Design often answers the question:
"What is my basic predisposition?"
Does a soul reading primarily concern itself with the question:
"What exactly wants to reveal itself right now?"
That is precisely why many people do not experience both approaches as competition, but rather as different ways of accessing themselves.
Why am I even mentioning Human Design here?
I deliberately bring up Human Design in this context because many people are looking for exactly that. For some, Human Design is the first step in even beginning to explore their energy, their intuition , or their calling .
My own work, however, is not based on Human Design. It is based on intuitive perception, soul readings, intuition training, and my ability to make connections visible . This is complemented by my many years of experience in a business context , my work with trauma-sensitive and body-oriented nervous system work , and my insight into unconscious dynamics and potentials .
It is precisely this combination of structure and intuition, of business and depth, of precision and perception that shapes my work.
Which approach is the right one?
There is no universally valid answer to that.
Some people feel drawn to Human Design. Others desire guidance that focuses more on the current issues in their lives. And many people combine different approaches.
Ultimately, in my view, it's not about which method is better. What's much more important is what truly supports you in your current situation and what resonates with you.

A reading can help to make inner conflicts more visible and to broaden one's perspective. It doesn't replace responsibility and doesn't make decisions for anyone. Rather, it can help to choose more consciously and clearly.
A business is always also an expression of the person behind it.
In my experience, companies often reflect the people who built them. Strengths, talents, and visions become visible, but so do fears, defense mechanisms, and unconscious dynamics.
Perhaps perfectionism is showing. Perhaps it's difficult to set boundaries or delegate responsibility. Perhaps there's a grand vision that's constantly accompanied by self-doubt. Or perhaps there's a feeling that the business has become far more complex than it actually needs to be.
All these issues are, in my view, not unusual. They are part of the human condition. And that is precisely why I never consider business in isolation from people, but always as a whole.
Clarity often arises where the invisible becomes visible.
Many people don't come to me because they're looking for more information . They come to me because they want clarity . They sense that something isn't right, but can't quite put their finger on it yet. Or they're facing important decisions and want to reconnect more strongly with their own perceptions.
A reading can help make visible what may previously have only been vaguely perceptible . Often, this leads to a deeper understanding of one's own situation and a sense of inner peace . Some people describe it as a profound sense of relief . Others experience it as confirmation of what they already knew deep down.
Perhaps that is precisely the special quality of a good reader : not in providing answers, but in opening up a space where people can see themselves more clearly again.
Why I connect business and soul
At first glance, business and spirituality seem like two completely different worlds to many people. For me, they never have been.
I am a business economist and have been working in the business world for over twenty years. For more than ten years, I have been supporting people in their self-employment and during this time have not only gotten to know different companies and projects, but also the many challenges associated with building one's own business.
My experience includes accounting, finance, online business, process optimization, automation, and building self-employed businesses . I value clarity, precision, and efficient structures. I am passionate about identifying potential, revealing unnecessary complexity, and designing processes that truly support people.
At the same time, I have been working with intuition, soul readings, and consciousness processes for many years. Today, I work as a soul reader and intuition trainer and am also training to become a medium . My work is complemented by trauma-sensitive and body-oriented nervous system work , which allows me a holistic view of people and their processes.
Perhaps this very connection is what makes my work so special. I love both the world of numbers and structures and the subtle nuances of human existence. I'm interested not only in strategies and processes, but also in the unconscious dynamics at work beneath them.
I have an eye for detail , for connections, and for what isn't always immediately apparent. Often, it's precisely these invisible aspects that determine whether something feels easy or difficult, whether energy flows or is tied up, and whether a business can truly be sustainable in the long run.
For me, holism therefore does not mean choosing between business and soul.
For me, holism means combining both.
Who is a business soul reading suitable for?
A business soul reading isn't just for people who consider themselves spiritual. Over the years, I've seen that all sorts of people find their way to me . Some are just starting out on their own and are looking for guidance. Others have been supporting people for many years or run an established business and yet still feel stuck at a certain point or long for more clarity.
I work particularly often with sensitive, creative, and empathetic people who want a business that not only works financially but also feels right on an inner level. Many of my clients are coaches, consultants, creatives, or entrepreneurs who have a strong vision and simultaneously want to forge their own path instead of constantly conforming to external expectations.
A reading can be particularly valuable if you are in a phase of change , facing important decisions , or repeatedly observe the same patterns in your business.
Perhaps you have already gathered a lot of knowledge and tried numerous strategies, yet you still feel that you are missing one thing above all: clarity .

Therefore, I understand a business soul reading not as a search for answers outside, but rather as an invitation to get back in touch with what is already within you.
It's not about becoming someone else or having to achieve even more. It's also not about always doing everything perfectly or constantly working on yourself.
Sometimes change begins precisely where we become quieter and begin to listen to ourselves again .
Many people describe a reading afterwards not only as a moment of clarity, but also as a reminder. A reminder of who they are, what is truly important to them, and what they originally wanted to bring into the world.
Perhaps a business soul reading is therefore less a search for new answers.
Perhaps it is rather a reconnection with your own truth, your intuition, and the vision that once guided you on your path.

Perhaps sustainable growth arises where structure and intuition, clarity and depth, business and humanity are allowed to be combined.
I don't believe we have to choose between spirituality and business .
And I also don't believe that success comes solely from performance.
In my experience , we can learn to listen again to the quiet voices within us , which often have long known what is truly right.
Because not every problem in business is a strategy problem.
And not every answer can be found outside.
Sometimes clarity begins precisely where we have the courage to listen inwardly again.
