SoulSession - Reading

Sometimes a conversation isn't enough – because you sense there's so much more beneath the surface. A soul reading is often the moment when everything suddenly clicks: connections become visible, thoughts stop racing, and that vague feeling finally finds its voice.

This profound, neutral sense of being seen can set an incredible amount in motion within – often for months or even years afterward. And therein lies the power of a reading: clarity that has a lasting effect.

Embodied SoulTalk Session

Sometimes more than clarity or individual steps are needed – a space is needed where everything can come together. Embodied SoulTalk combines reading, healing, and trauma-informed coaching into a holistic support that meets you exactly where you are.

Here, true depth, continuous support, and change are created that are not only understood but anchored in life.

SoulSession - Healing

Some issues can't be changed through understanding alone, but only when your nervous system feels safe enough to truly let go. Healing sessions create precisely this space: emotions are allowed to flow, blockages begin to dissolve, and your system gradually returns to a state of regulation.

This work often works quietly but deeply – and can sustainably change how you feel, react, and experience yourself in your life.

It's important to note: I am not a psychotherapist and I do not work directly on the trauma. My work is resource-oriented and stabilizing. One-on-one support can complement (trauma) therapy. It is not a form of cognitive behavioral therapy or medical treatment. Results cannot be guaranteed. If you have any pre-existing physical or mental health conditions, I recommend discussing the treatment with your doctor or therapist beforehand.
